All goods are sent plus freight, below are the rate schedules to give you a guideline.
NB Some large/heavy items may incur higher delivery charges – we will notify you of these BEFORE sending your order.
Weight based shipping charges for North Island & South Island
Up to 2kg, $6.50
3–9kg $10.00
10–20kg $20.00
20kg+ freight to be advised
If the goods are in-stock when you order them we will freight them within 3-5 days (excluding weekends).
If the goods are not in-stock (which will be indicated on the website) please call us with your order and we will advise you of the expected arrival date. If you are happy to wait you will be advised once they are ready to be dispatched.
We keep our website as up-to-date as possible but from time to time the information about availability may not be accurate.
Stock Availability
Please note that particular items may or may not be in stock when you want to purchase.
A wait of up to 12 weeks can incur for some products. If this is the case, the product will show out of stock on the website. You can call us on 0064 (09) 407 7320 to place an order and we will inform you of the wait time and confirm whether you want to go ahead.
Payment will not be taken before the item is in-stock and ready to be dispatched.
International Delivery
For orders to be shipped outside New Zealand, Loft Design Store will contact you via email to confirm your order and to request the preferred method of shipping. We supply all international orders with a quote prior to shipping depending on destination and shipping method. Once you have accepted the freight cost and paid in full your order will be dispatched.
All delivery costs will be quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Loft Design Store will not be liable for any import or customs taxes that may apply to your order at the receivers end.
Under International Customs Laws we are unable to send wooden items, cane items, or goods that may be considered dangerous. We will notify you of these if we have any concerns regarding your order.
