We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If an item is faulty and is under warranty please return it with the original packaging and any attachments that it has been supplied with. We will get it repaired as soon as we can and return it to you at no charge.
If the item cannot be repaired it will be replaced and sent to you free of charge.
If the item is faulty and has no warranty please return it to us to get a quote on repairing the item. We will advise you by phone or by email the cost of the repair prior to repairing it. If it can’t be repaired we will advise you of this by email.
